About Me
I'm a computer scientist working on Statistical Natural Language Processing and Machine Learning. I work primarily on statistical models for inducing linguistic and other kinds of useful structure from raw text.
I'm currently a co-founder of Prismatic, the best place to discover and share news.
Before that, I was a doctoral student in Computer Science at UC Berkeley working with Dan Klein in the NLP group. Even before that I was an undergraduate at Stanford University. There, I was a math major and a research assistant in Andrew Ng's Machine Learning Research Group in the Stanford AI Lab. I was also been associated with the NLP group at Stanford, run by Christopher Manning.
